Idag var jag på tekniskt samråd hos kommunen för att diskutera projektet och visa upp handlingar. Ska komplettera med ett par dokument innan jag kan få startbesked. Kollade tomten också och där var grovutsättningen klar. Nu börjar det kännas verkligt när man kan se var husens hörnor ska stå!
Today I met with the municipality to discuss the project and show some documents. A few more documents need to be turned in and then we can get permission to start construction. I also checked out the property and the posts marking the corners of the houses were in the ground. Now it is starting to feel real!
Ringde till kommunen idag och frågade hur det gick med vår bygglovsansökan. Bygglovet beviljades förra veckan!! Det tog bara 7 veckor, mycket snabbare än väntat. Kanske för att vi verkligen försökte hålla oss till detaljplanens regler och för att vi förde en dialog med kommunen under ritningsfasen.
Called the municipality today to check the status of our application for the building permit. Turned out it was approved last week! It only took 7 weeks, much quicker than expected. Maybe because we tried to follow all the rules for the area and because we carried a dialogue with the municipality throughout the drawing phase.
Österlen är så vackert, särskilt i maj när både äppleträden och rapsen blommar!
Österlen is such a beautiful area, especially in May when apple trees and canola fields are blossoming at the same time!
