9000 kg isolering

Idag kom lastbilen med isoleringen till grunden...9000 kg!!! Hur kan något som är fullt med luftbubblor väga så mycket? Vi ska lägga 30 cm isolering under betonggolvet. Dessutom lägger vi en skiva isolering mellan de två grundmurarna av leca block.

The truck with insulation for the foundation came today...9000 kilos!!! How can something that is full of air bubbles weigh so much? We are putting down 30 cm of insulation under the concrete slab. In addition, we will place an insulation board between the two short foundation walls of leca.
