Isolera med plast eller glas i grunden?

När man gjuter en betongplatta på marken vill man isolera mot kyla så att golvet blir varmt och gott. Man vill också skydda grunden mot fukt, och i marken är det oftast nära 100% luftfuktighet.  Vilket material ska man då välja till grundisoleringen? Vi tittade på följande alternativ:

1. Cellplast (EPS eller XPS)
2. Skumglas/Hasopor
3. Cellglas/Foamglas

When you pour a concrete slab on the ground you want to insulate against the cold so the floor stays nice and warm. You also want to protect your foundation from moisture, and the relative humidity in the ground is usually near 100%.  So what insulation material should one choose for the foundation? We considered the following alternatives:

1. Polystyrene (EPS or XPS)
2. Skumglas/Hasopor
3. Cellular glass/Foamglas
